Truffles are the food of the gods. A unique product of nature, they cannot be planted or cultivated, but they are gathered in woods and valleys scattered throughout the hill-country of Tuscany. This is their natural habitat and the ideal envirnoment in which their flavor and aroma can best develop. A typical product of the regional culinary tradition, this “black gold” matures and is ready to be harvested during the month of November. You can join us in a guided truffle-hunting experience during which you may not only enjoy the thrill of the hunt, but also the wonderful Tuscan landscapes.
